Americans Are Not Required by Law to Pay
Taxes

(There is No Law on the Books Requiring Income to Be Taxed)
Were you aware that the IRS cannot
require and cannot legally win a case if you take them to court for nonpayment
of Income taxes? It has recently been discovered by scholars that the 4,000,000
word Internal Revenue Code is so complicated only those individuals who have the
time to detail each word, phrase and letter is able to draw from the document
the conclusion that it is all just that, legal mumbo jumbo.
According to
www.smartvoter.org written by Eduardo Rivera while
running for governor of the State of California in 1998, he discovered that the
government uses the 16th Amendment to fool people into believing their earning
are required to be taxed. Eduardo states that the Amendment does within its
language require that portions of earning are to be paid to the state. But, it
does not allow for certain other power. The government according to Eduardo does
not have the right to:
Create any taxation on the income earned by an individual.
Create any power to tax an individual outside of what has been allowed by the
constitution.
Change the constitution in any way.
As stated by Eduardo, a direct tax is allowed on property: Not activities.
Example is your home, business or any property owned can be taxed, however, the
work you perform for a company and the payment to compensate you for that work
is not taxable.
The law is so involved and so complicated we now have attorneys who fight and
win when there is a case brought against an individual by the IRS. Have you
noticed some of the commercials on television offering to reduce your IRS tax
liability to just pennies on each dollar? Most of these attorneys or law firms
have been or have become aware of this fact.
Recently, individuals who have had wages garnished by the IRS have fought the
garnishment and back tax liability and won. Eduardo offers an explanation and
more detailed information regarding his concept which is shared by thousands of
others at
www.afreshstart.com/notax.
Eduardo also states that the term
which has been used so often by the IRS in the 16th Amendment of "income tax"
has been misrepresented by the government and the IRS. In 1895, the Supreme
Court ruled the Tariff Act of 1894 as unconstitutional. They found that this Act
was in direct violation of the tax law.
A sales tax however is a different liability. Taxes on items purchased at retail
are required because retail purchase is with the discretion and option of the
seller and the individual who purchases. Not on income. The reason being, retail
sales taxes are a choice and not a requirement.
In America, based on the fact we are a free country, there can be no direct
taxation of an individual's income. The government according to Eduardo has used
the IRS and the income tax system to badger those who have no recourse.
It is time for everyone to realize and work through issues the government has
just placed on the working individuals back.
